Cancellation, returns & more

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order. 

Please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the return form.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you  received them, unworn or unused with tags, and in their original packaging.

3. Pack the items in the order box and stick the included DHL label over the prior delivery information. When using the return label provided by KASSL Editions, return costs will be deducted from your refund. Returns costs are €15,- for all orders within the European Union and €40,- for orders outside of the European Union. Please note that potential import duties and taxes are at your own expense. 

4. Contact DHL to arrange the pick-up of your package or drop off your package at a service point nearby.      

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer a lifetime repair service for all products purchased from our webshop. If an item is in need of a repair, please contact our customer service for more information and further instructions.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE 

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

REFUNDS

It generally takes 3-5 days to process returns and issue refunds. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of a KASSL error.
