Cancellation, returns & more

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order. 

Please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the return form.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused with tags, and in their original packaging.

3. Please note that you are responsible for providing your own return label, at your expense and with the carrier of your choice

(For returns from outside the EU, potential import duties and taxes are at your own expense. Hence, we suggest to claim the shipment as a return.)

4. Pack the items in the order box, fill in the printed return form included in your order, and attach the return label over the prior delivery information.

5. Drop off your package at a post service point nearby.

6. After collecting and inspecting the item back at our warehouse, you will receive the refund and a notification email. 

REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS FOR CUSTOMERS RESIDING IN THE EU

If you withdraw from your complete order, KASSL shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of initial delivery in addition to the purchase price. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU

For all orders from outside the European Union, the costs of shipping, charges and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

RECLAIMING CUSTOMS CHARGES (INTERNATIONAL & UK ORDERS)

When arranging a return from outside of the EU, customs charges may be applied by the carrier when sending back the items to us. 

Please make sure to explicitly claim your shipment as a return of goods with the carrier of your choice. (We recommend returning with the same carrier of initial delivery). Depending on each shipping company, you might be required to fill out an exemption form.

Contact customercare@kassleditions.com in case you are missing necessary information. If customs charges are not covered/handled, we are unable to collect the parcel and to reimburse the refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer a lifetime repair service for all products purchased from our webshop. If an item is in need of a repair, please contact our customer service for more information and further instructions.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE 

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

REFUNDS

We always aim to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed, from the time that we have received them in the warehouse. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of a KASSL error.

ARCHIVE SALE
All sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange, 10% welcome discount, or store credit, with no exceptions. All merchandise is sold as is. Some items may show signs of light wear.
