Cancellation, returns & more

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order. 

Please follow the steps below:

1. Fill out the return form.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused with tags, and in their original packaging.

3. For the countries listed below, you will receive a return label after your return request is approved by us. Please note if your country is not listed below, you are responsible for providing your own return label, at your expense. We recommend creating a return label with UPS and to claim the shipment as a return. If possible, share the track and trace with us so we can ensure the parcel arrives at our warehouse. Please note that for international returns potential import duties and taxes are at your own expense. 

4. Pack the items in the order box, fill in the printed return form included in your order, and attach the return label over the prior delivery information.

5. Drop off your package at a DPD or UPS service point nearby.      

Returns costs are €15 for the below countries:

Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Luxemburg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer a lifetime repair service for all products purchased from our webshop. If an item is in need of a repair, please contact our customer service for more information and further instructions.


If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.


We always aim to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed, from the time that we have received them in the warehouse. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of a KASSL error.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange, 10% welcome discount, or store credit, with no exceptions. All merchandise is sold as is. Some items may show signs of light wear.
