You can request to return any item within 14 days of the delivery date by sending an email to email@example.com. Once you have received our confirmation to return your order can send it back. Will need arrive back within days of receipt. We would appreciate reason for returning the article as help us improve service. After receiving returned refund purchase amount into bank account days.
Returns are sent at your own expense. Returns outside the European Union are subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. We ask that items are returned in the same condition as they were sent; clean, unwashed, unworn and with all their hangtags still intact.
We cannot be held responsible for returns that we do not receive. Therefore, we kindly advise you to return your parcel using a “track and trace” code and to keep your proof of postage, preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver.

If you prefer another size you can request to exchange any item within 14 days of the delivery date by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will inform you by email if the product is available. Your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt and we will ship the new item once we received the return.
