We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Please find all shipping times and costs below. We offer free economy shipping on all orders within Europe. Please note that free economy shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

As Switzerland is not an active member of the EU, all imported goods have to be customs-cleared. In most cases this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import. The amount will vary depending on the specific type of goods you are importing.

Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you decide to make a return, please send an e-mail to our Customer Care Service and we will be more than happy to assist.

Please note that return costs are for the account of the buyer.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

In addition to our standard 14-day return policy, we offer an extended holiday season return policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Monday, November 30, 2020can be exchanged or returned for a refund until Friday, January 10, 2021.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE

If you prefer a different size or style you can request an exchange within 14 days after receiving your order. Please send an e-mail to our Customer Care Serviceand we will be more than happy to assist.

REFUNDS

It generally takes 3-5 days to process returns and issue refunds. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of a KASSL error.
