Here are some general recommendations to help you choose the appropriate size for our coats: If you prefer an oversized look or plan to layer your outfit underneath, you may want to opt for the larger size. For a more figure-hugging fit or if you intend to wear the coat over thinner clothing, consider selecting the smaller size. These guidelines can help make the right choice for your specific style and preferences.

Where can I find the care instructions for a garment?

Care instructions for each textile are readily available to help you maintain the quality of your KASSL pieces. You can find these instructions in two places: Product Page and Inside Label. To ensure the longevity of your KASSL pieces, we recommend following these care instructions diligently.

What is the difference between the KASSL oil and rubber coats? Are they waterproof?

Rubber coats: The Original rubber coats are meticulously crafted from our signature water-repellent rubber fabric with taped seams. While they can withstand some rain, we cannot guarantee full waterproofing...

The item I would like to purchase is out of stock. Will it come back into stock?

We appreciate your interest in our products. For items temporarily out of stock, we offer a waitlist subscription and a pre-order option. Feel free to contact our customer care team at customercare@kassledition.nl for more information.

How long does it take for a preorder item to be shipped?

You can check the estimated shipping date on the product page of preordered pieces. Notice that if you place an order containing different pieces, it will not be shipped until the estimated shipping date of the preordered item.

ORDERS
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot modify it. However, we can assist you in canceling the order for a full refund, allowing you to place a new order with the correct items. What payment options do you offer?

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. You can pay for your order using iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, or Shop Pay for an accelerated checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but this must be done within one hour of making your purchase. Please contact our customer care team at customercare@kassledition.nl, and they will assist with the cancellation process.

I need an invoice for my order. Where can I find it?

To obtain a commercial invoice for your order, please contact our customer care team at customercare@kassleditions.nl. They will provide you with the necessary documentation.

SHIPPING
What locations do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping for all orders from our warehouse in Antwerp. Please note that shipping costs differ for coats/bags/rtw and sofas.

How much does shipping cost?

You can check the different rates on our shipping and returns page. For coats, bags & RTW, we offer free shipping on all orders above 750 EUR for countries included in Zone 1 and on all orders above 900 EUR for countries included in Zone 2 (see above). Kindly note that free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Are there any additional costs, such as customs fees or sales taxes, on top of the shipping price?

The shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments outside the European Union...

Can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your package is dispatched from our warehouse. If you have not received this email, please reach out to our customer care team at customercare@kassleditions.nl, and they will assist you in resending the tracking information.

Can I combine the shipping of my orders?

If you make two separate orders on the same day, reach out to our customer care team at customercare@kassleditions.nl. They will gladly assist you by refunding one of the shipping fees, ensuring you won't be charged twice for shipping, and arranging for your orders to be shipped together as a single bundle.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have a 14-day window to initiate a return from the date of receiving your order.

Do I have to pay for my return?

Regarding Return Costs: Yes, when initiating a return, you are responsible for covering the expense of the return label with your chosen carrier...

Can I exchange my order?

Option 1: To exchange an item, please process a return and place a new order. Contact us at customercare@kassleditions.nl for a refund of the shipping cost that would otherwise be charged to your second order.
