Shipping & Returns


We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Amsterdam. Please find all shipping times and costs below. We offer free economy shipping on all orders within Europe. Please note that free economy shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.

Please note that we are dependent on our shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for potential delays as a result of COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances. 


You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received in your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

As Switzerland is not an active member of the EU, all imported goods have to be customs-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import. The amount will vary depending on the specific type of goods you are importing.

Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.


Transit times and rates are upon request. Please send an e-mail to our Customer Care Service with the style you would wish to purchase and we will get back to you with a quotation and an estimated delivery date.


We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused with tags, and in their original packaging.

If you decide to make a return, you can either arrange shipment yourself or use the return label included in your order. When using the return label provided by KASSL Editions, return costs will be deducted from your refund. Return costs are €15,- for all orders within the European Union and €40,- for orders outside of the European Union. Please note that potential import duties and taxes are at your own expense.


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If you prefer a different size or style, you can request an exchange by contacting Customer Care Service within 14 days after receiving your order. Please return your item and place a new order. Please note that the return costs for exchange will be deducted from your refund. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. 


It generally takes 3-5 days to process returns and issue refunds. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of a KASSL error.
